People working here are nice, all the time in a good mood, in particular because working ethics are medium-low so the balance work/life is very convenient, there are just particular situations requiring hard working time or weekends work, but in general terms yo can start at 8:00a.m. ending at 6:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m. worst case
Cons
As the company is not challengeing people and has not grade A professionals, the professional level is not the best, actually is medium, not bad at all but averge, in consequence junior people faces average challenges and consider this as the professional benchmark Because of the lack of managerial good level, the company is not growing as fast as needed, the head count is excessive in some cases and wages are not the best, except for some managers who has some privileges even being not the most brilliant people
