      Team was nice, fruit twice a week

      Cons

      Where shall i start? everything? Poor management, low pay, old offices full of unhappy people. Everywhere you go - you see some miserable faces around. This company has no culture. People are not motivated, so called CEO is useless, senior management - useless, what do they do?

      Pros

      There is a pub next door where you can relieve yourself. Howeve, it's worth knowing that it's incredibly over priced.

      Cons

      The place barely has running water. H20 runs or almost daily both to the kitchens and the toilets. They send us to the surrounding pubs or cafes to answer mother natures call, because god forbid they'd send us home even though they're failing on basic human rights. The just keep us here so we can simultaneously dehydrate and urinate ourselves to death.

      Thank you for your feedback. We know this is really frustrating but the current issues are outside of our control. We are working very hard to fix them both with Thames Water and by looking at options to improve the water pressure within the building. In the meantime we have provided bottled water, kettles and hand sanitiser. When the toilets have been out of action, typically for short periods towards the end of the day, the pub next door have very kindly agreed that staff may use their facilities. They do not require you to buy a drink to use the facilities. Please don’t hesitate to contact us direct if you have any further comments or questions.

      I worked at Centaur at a relatively junior level and enjoyed my time there immensely.

      Pros

      I had a reasonable benefits package, the office location is great and I was offered ample opportunity to improve my skillset (although at times I had to push for it). I had a wide range of tools available to me, and for the most part everyone in the business is tech savvy. They have a reasonable rate of staff turnover for the industry and overall the vibe is good.

      Cons

      There is an obvious disparity between peoples pay levels, often negatively impacting those who have stayed at the company for a long time. Often projects have a large number of stakeholders resulting in trouble making definitive decisions without lengthy processes. Centralising an increasing number of processes has mean t relying on teams or individuals who are overstretched, and working late is a common occurrence.
