      Fun colleagues, difficult to progress

      - Fun (relatively young) colleagues - Plenty of opportunities to diversify your skillset - Some in-house training provided

      Cons

      - Bad salary - The sales team gets most of the benefits (incentives, bonuses, etc) - Difficult to progress unless someone else leaves

      Pros

      Some perks that are mediocre. If you have not had experience in other jobs, this is a great place to start and build some experience but will be heavily underpaid when starting out.

      Cons

      High paid executive team such as the CEO and CFO on 400,000 +. Since it is a public company the information is publicly available. They fire employees while justifying such information. Management needs MAJOR improvement in teaching. Some managers have good intention while others are there to micromanage as much as possible. A lot of ego floating around so you cannot be honest with improvements that need to happen.
