Cons

I am genuinely astonished at some of the things I have read about Centaur in other reviews and it makes me wonder if I work in the same office? The company has had up and downs, but this is a general trend nothing Centaur specific. No working environment is perfect, but the level of hate and anger on this page is completely uncalled for and unprofessional. Company-wide communication especially from Senior Leadership down and Managers down could do with being improved, as well as more training and development opportunities be made available to keep employees' skills relevant and up-to-date.

In an overall nice environment, they are constantly looking to improve things and bring in a new technology. Free breakfast and drinks once a month.

Cons

Senior managers often manage a very different range of products therefore not understanding specifics of each but are eager to advise and suggest.

Pros

Great place to make new friends. Good work/life balance. Decent opportunity for career progression. If you're low maintenance, this place might be okay for you. Donuts once a month at town hall. The office is in a great, central location.

Cons

Career progression is one thing, but don't expect any actual development or to become better at what you do- The squeaky wheel gets the oil around here but it seems you have to squeak non-stop in order to get even the most basic of training, resources, etc. This place is a serious let-down. Regarding the office-- I think the mice are gone now, but the kitchen cabinets are horrifying and we never have any kitchen utensils. Tip: Bring your own, or take plastic utensils from nearby shops to keep in your desk.
