      Great people and chilled atmosphere but office needs work and ruthless management

      Pros

      Everyone is friendly and helpful. Free breakfast. Some really great products and events that are exciting and rewarding to work on. When the company is doing well, there are good rewards, such as half days, free ice cream, etc. Location (convenient for most people to get to).

      Cons

      Quite a stressful office at times of uncertainty. Slow and reluctant communication from management. Mice in the office. Air conditioning is either too hot or too cold, rarely pleasant. Location (Oxford Street is horrible at times, and tube station often closed)

      good people, relaxed for me anyway

      toilets not so nice in the building, the air is not so clean, usually too hot in the building.

      Hello there, thanks for your review. We invested recently in the toilets and lovely new showers for our cyclists and runners etc so do take a look. We have different colour themes on some of our floors in line with the brands and some grass and bricks if you look closely so we are investing to make the environment bettter for our people.       Pros

      I had a reasonable benefits package, the office location is great and I was offered ample opportunity to improve my skillset (although at times I had to push for it). I had a wide range of tools available to me, and for the most part everyone in the business is tech savvy. They have a reasonable rate of staff turnover for the industry and overall the vibe is good.

      Cons

      There is an obvious disparity between peoples pay levels, often negatively impacting those who have stayed at the company for a long time. Often projects have a large number of stakeholders resulting in trouble making definitive decisions without lengthy processes. Centralising an increasing number of processes has mean t relying on teams or individuals who are overstretched, and working late is a common occurrence.
