Good benefits and pay, nice people, good leadership and decent teams to be apart of. Decent WeWork offices and flexibility to work from home.

Cons

Over-ambitious targets which are not suited for the covid-crisis. Outside of a pandemic there are not many cons

Very open and inclusive culture driven by leadership who have really taken care of employees through the pandemic. Renewed focus on flagship brands has provided much-needed direction. Excellent brands run by some brilliant people.

Cons

Can be quite ‘small business’ minded in terms of process and product investment despite ambitious growth plans.
