      Pros

      They’re working hard to install a good culture and are supportive of employee led initiatives to do so. Have managed to move the business from a traditional advertising model to a paid content model with some good successes.

      Cons

      Whilst there’s talk of changing the culture and some initiatives to support this, budget is always limited.
