As a student you get to make money and live.

Cons

Every single one you can think of. It’s a corporate and not a franchise so nobody cares about you. The district managers or field leaders make their own rules and hassle you if you’re salaried. They make you work 10 hours as an apprentice or a general manager for mediocre salary, it’s ludicrous. Upper management doesn’t care about how the restaurant managers and crew is treated by the field leader.

No Pro's this job sucked all the life out of me and I worked there for nearly 4 years as both a CM and a KM

Cons

You might bust your butt at this job and unless you're tight with the managers and field leaders they will NOT recognize you for your work. In fact they will pick their laziest friends to be promoted because its very much so "friends and family" put on a pedestal and actual hardworking quiet people get screwed over, then when you try and work less hard because no one is appreciating it, theyll threaten you. meanwhile their friends are standing and vaping in the back being paid several dollars more than you for no work.

Cons

No work life balance, unrealistic expectations, no help from upper management, staffing issues, lies about opportunity to move up. Pay women less then men in management positions.
