Pros

Unlimited free food, paid breaks, paid more than minimum wage, very vegan and vegetarian friendly, healthy food, free hat and shirt (uniform)

Cons

Management extremely unprofessional and incompetent. Lots of pettiness and arguments. No instructions or training before being thrown on to the front line. Was insulted in English and Spanish. Major favoritism. Was screamed at constantly by the manager. Ridiculed and belittled. Zero training. Huge turnover because they hire people put them through the busiest shift with no training so they can weed people out.

Pros

If you have the right group of people helping you, the job can be relatively painless. If you are stuck in a rotten patch, it will definitely be different. Benefits and Bonuses are fair, but not that competitive. Flexible scheduling, and decent structure, again, dependent entirely on area and general managers.

Cons

Incessant guilt mongering when you make a mistake, pressure to develop, but scrutiny beyond belief if you make an error. Wages are fair, but the crew doesn't get much over minimum wage. Hourly Management also could benefit from slight pay increases.
