      Free food, decent benefits, nice colleagues

      Cons

      Smoke and mirrors here. No career path, very little development for employees, pay not competitive with best companies. Leaders who can't lead and don't care about their employees, only themselves. Say they are progressive but are way behind in terms of technology and best practices across the board. There's a reason that turnover is extremely high but they are too cheap to address the root cause of problems. Keep looking elsewhere.

      When you work there you are just a number. From the top down they make sure to let you know that you are replaceable and unwanted if you have any personal life. You must be all Chipotle or else. Their raises are a joke. I worked as a manager for years and we where told to give as little as possible and hire at minimum.
