Pros
Free employee meal every time that you work, good hours, 50% discount on all items in the store. In my store everyone was very nice and genuinely made it a blast to work there every day. I do love the fact that they provide good benefits once you've spent a year like tuition reimbursement and a 401k there are also ample opportunities to be promoted if you show dedication and a willingness to learn.
Cons
Management can have TERRIBLE attitudes and make it a very unpleasant to work at. A lot of work, expectations can be too high at times and can make the job unnecessarily stressful.
