Great enviroment to work in and love meeting new people and the workers you build a great bond with them also your manager its like a little family in the work place and i would recommend people to come aboard for a job any day you will love it as i do.

Competitive pay, good bonus, decent benefits, some opportunities to grow the company has a good culture but in canada we are left behind in a lot of things

Not too much support from above not too many opportunities to grow, they change your goal every 6 months canada get left behind

-Decent starting pay -Opportunity to move up in the company -Will work with you schedule and give you the hours you want -Free meal each shift/50% off when not on the clock -Paid breaks -Paid sick days -Free employee uniforms

Cons

I really enjoy working at Chipotle, but lately I've felt things are unfair and not worth the hardship. To keep it brief, its a lot of work and those who learn multiple positions don't get paid more. The fact that I can work any position in the restaurant and get paid the same as a new hire is completely unfair. Yes there are opportunities to advance with the company but the pay grade isn't that great (only a dollar higher) and it doesn't justify how much harder you'll be working.
