Pros

I really enjoyed working here and learned a great deal about cooking and the kitchen. Now, I can cook most-all of Chipotle's food at home, which is great. They offer one free meal per shift. My daily meal was about $17 worth of food. This is an incredibly unsung benefit, as it saved me a great deal of money. They are precise to a T. The kitchen has rules that you must follow. This is an excellent place to learn proper kitchen etiquette. If you want to stay, you can work your way up the ladder, but that is a lot, lot, lot of work.

Cons

This is difficult, taxing, and stressful work for menial pay. I would not want to work here permanently.
