Pros

The food is free, if you are working that day.

Cons

Almost got caught on fire more than once. You are constantly working and there is no help.

Pros

The perks are good for food service. They have a website dedicated to the various benefits.

Cons

New "managers" never knew how to talk to staff. Some got the silent treatment if they thought you were likely to "rat" them out. The training was a joke. 4 4-hour shifts over 2 weeks were provided to make or break it. yeah, right...

Pros

Flexible hours, friendly environment. The general managers were really great at their jobs, listening to any concerns you had, addressing issues in the workplace. Pitching in for clean up. Just very down to earth.

Cons

It seems they like to promote from within so a lot of the store managers (one level down from general managers) really don't know what they are doing and were maybe promoted too early.
