Pros

Chipotle encourages promotion from within, which means most employees that move up in the company have started from the bottom, and learned all levels of operation.

Cons

The pay to wait, even for people with experience, could be better, although the wait is not long for those that prove themselves as qualified

Pros

Room for advancement, free food, I was able to leave the Capitol Heights store for another store that saw my abilities.

Cons

Work 10-12 hours a day, most of the time with no break. Never received my raise as promised after first 3 weeks in training nor title of Kitchen manager. I wash dishes everyday instead of managing the kitchen.

Pros

It is a great place to work for the young and old! It provides high energy in a relaxed, chill environment, where everyone is there to just eat awesome burritos and socialize! You will meet a large number of great people working and eating there.

Cons

Downside is the lack of growth pass the capabilities of the location you work at. Promotions depend on time and money as well as if there is spot available for you.
