Pros

The concept is good and the food is good. They use organic and locally grown ingredients. There is opportunity for advancement, if you make it that far.

Cons

Long hours, sometimes with no break They expect way too much from a new hire The work load is enough for 2-3 people and if you can't keep up they give you a hard time about it. My training was only 4 days, 4 hours a day. After that I was on my own and expected to have all of the recipes and cuts memorized. I've been here 3 weeks and was told by a manager that I have lasted longer than most in my position, they usually last 1 week.(that should be a red flag for them) They expect 12 hours of work in 8 hours.

Pros

The food is honestly good and comes from good sources. It has a good health, dental and vision insurance. There is a good opportunity of advancement within the company.

Cons

Your duties far exceeds a normal level. Not enough pay for how much work your doing. Their expectations of your work are too high. Uncomfortable shoes. Not enough break time; only got 10 minute break to eat after only 30 mins of working to then continue working another 7 hours with no break; unbalanced break time.

Pros

Coworkers and some managers were great to work with. The General Manager was very nice and understood how to keep their employees from being too discouraged at their job.

Cons

Low pay, only a few cents above min. Some service managers only provided negative feedback to employees and never positive feedback and sometimes were even rude to customers. Lack of training on dealing with mean customers leaving the crew to stew.
