Pros

If you have the right group of people helping you, the job can be relatively painless. If you are stuck in a rotten patch, it will definitely be different. Benefits and Bonuses are fair, but not that competitive. Flexible scheduling, and decent structure, again, dependent entirely on area and general managers.

Cons

Incessant guilt mongering when you make a mistake, pressure to develop, but scrutiny beyond belief if you make an error. Wages are fair, but the crew doesn't get much over minimum wage. Hourly Management also could benefit from slight pay increases.

Pros

You get free chipotle and you meet a lot of great people in the company. It is a new corporate culture and managers seem motivated.

Cons

The pay is not great, and managers seem unorganized. I was hired at the beginning of september, and didn't receive my duties until mid october. I still haven't been paid.
