-they will pay you for the hrs u work

Cons

-once you are able to work alone they will give no help -allows employees to work while sick around food -enforces write ups for some but not others -told to clock out and go home given a write up -outside hiring for mgmt little room to move up -managers would be frustrated and go scream in the parking lot loud enough to hear from within resteraunt( (eastlongmeadow ma location)

1. Free lunch and unlimited drinks from the dispensers 2. Tuition assistance after working for a certain amount of time 3. Friendly work environment that attracts good peers and good managers

Cons

1. Closing is tiring, and shifts would often end after 12:30 am 2. Minimum wage does not seem like fair compensation for the amount of work to be done 3. If you cannot handle a fast-paced (and at times high-stress) environment you will be overwhelmed easily 4. Small occupational hazards: oil burns & cuts from steal pans
