      Good pay. Very slow and bureaucratic. Politics are complicated too.

      Pros

      Very profitable. Relatively small and flat. Fun industry and with still a comfortable lead over the competition. Lots of great projects/ ideas in the pipeline.

      Cons

      Terrible IT team. Slow and bureaucratic. Very political environment. Pace of innovation is slow and change requires great effort and perseverance from individuals.

      Good salaries, but depends on the hierarchical level. Good Benefits, quick decision-making (some cases), a lot of training, investment in the development of its employees.

      A lot of pressure for short-term results, the total absence of planning, low transparency in senior leadership, Need to change hierarchical structure.

      The culture its diffucult to adapt People are no trustfull! There are too much no professional people working there No meritocracy! If you want to grow keep focus on friendship with right persons! HR want only young people and nice looking! Experienced people are no longer their concerns!
