      Not too busy work schedule load, flexibility and not too bad pay, acceptable working environment and employee facilities, equipment and labs.

      Cons

      compensation is relatively low compared with peer companies, coffee, tea, snack offered are amongst the cheapest, tech is not new and lack of innovations.
