      Pros

      Gives you freedom to work at home and book your trips with almost no limitations. Focus on results. Good salaries and incentives although is getting a little below market.

      Cons

      It's getting old in comparison with the new internet companies, like Google and Amazon. Messed up with wrong strategies and disastrous acquisitions. Struggling to turn a 'software' company.

      Cisco really stimulates and empower employees for their personal and professional development. The company heavily invest in training to give you the knowledge and tools to enable you to excel in your role. It is a solid company with great compensation and benefits compared to other companies within the same market. Good work-life balance. Management stimulates and accepts open and honest feedback. Customer success at Cisco is the best place to be. A lot is happening and changing, there are many learning and career opportunities. The impact I make is clear, measurable and rewarded.

      Cons

      Data accuracy might be an issue (multiple sources of information). Delivery processes getting in the way of things that needs to be done for our customers.
