Pros
Collaboration Environment - Cisco sells and uses internally a number of collaboration tools like WebEx, Telepresence, Jabber and that realy helps in or day-to-day activities. Companies ability to identify new market trendes and reinvent itself.
Cons
Cisco intends to work as One Cisco, but there is a lot of room to improve. Unfortunately, due to the size of the company it is hard to have all internal vectors aligned.
