Pros

Solid pay (if you don't get laid off) and benefits. Great people and plenty of talent throughout the organization. Used to love working here.

Cons

Used to be a great place to work. Every 6 months they are doing major layoffs now, which is destroying morale. Many high performers/overachievers are getting walked out. I'm not sure what the end game is since they are handing many top performers to the competition and now everyone thinks they are next on the list. You can do your job really well and be on the LR list.
