      Pros

      Amazing workplace, not much crunch culture, people are nice towards you, there’s tons of people with multiple years of company and not rare to find people on the double digits. Good pay and good benefits.

      Cons

      Experience will vary a lot depending on the department, group, leadership and management. Honestly, it’s baffling, as changing teams made me feel like in a totally different company. Gotta be prepared for the politics too. And layoffs, as usual.
