Pros

Flexi timings is one of the biggest +ves CT has. Though it is project dependent, most projects to allow you to work flexi timings. The work from home option too is a very good thing about CT.

Cons

The appraisals held at CT are not very fair. The salary hikes is not always fair and as per industry standards. Favoritism plays a very big role in the appraisals.
