Flexible timings and flexible attire, the company has lot of engagement activities and helped employees during demonitization by calling the bank officials in office and help employees

Cons

No process, lot of reconciliation, no proper planning by management, have to slog for 18 hours at times and still magement is not concerned about salary hike. Appraisal was promised in October but did not happen till December

Flexible work timings, great people to work with, good projects, Great opportunity to learn new technologies, new frameworks , improve your communication skills

Cons

Salary can be a bit low. Its not easy to switch projects. On site opportunities an be tough to come.
