Cons

Startup company, lots of mis management can be seen & lot of politics is played in the group specially in Quality group. To the VP of the company : just learn how to behave. You are not the only person running the company. Ppl managing the groups arr not sure what exactly to do. Admin, payroll team & specailly the canteen need special attention.

Flexible work timings. Relax work environment exceptions are always there.

Cons

Less onsite opportunities as you mat get stuck in H1 visa lottery process. From learning perspective work is not that great. They say to shout if you have problem but the problem is nobody is there to listen your problems.
