1. Management hears your concern and acts upon it 2. Cool bosses to work with 3. Lot of employees who join from big companies and big institutes like IIT, hence get to learn a lot from them 4. CitiusTech is a good pay master. Appraisals are good as compared to other companies 5. Reference policy is good as you get to earn handsome money apart from your salary

Cons

Transportation and food is neither free nor subsidized. They don’t have food coupons like my previous company
