      Pros

      Flexi hours. Good pay although decreasing by the day open door policy HR is easily avaiable and quite friendly. Good work culture

      Cons

      You may or may not get to work on development. Depends on ur project. People with .NET experience can be seen being sent to work on JAVA, VB or whatever is available.

      Work time flexibility. Work from home options. Lots of employee engagement activities like Christmas party, Women's day celebration etc.

      Cons

      lot of processes are manual. And not lot of variety in choosing projects.

      1.Flexible work time and good worklife balance. 2.May be good company for testing professionals as company is having many projects in testing.

      Cons

      1.They are hiring lot of java developers and have very few projects on java technology.Either you will be on bench for longer time or have to accept project on different technologies. 2.Many people who here for longer period like more than 5 years are really unprofessional in behavior. 3.Appreciations are given for show offs . If you are dedicated towards your career then this place is definitely not for you.
