      1. Work culture is amazing 2. Crisp and Clear salary structure 3. Very well balanced office and personal life 4. Amazing projects in Healthcare and easily get a chance to work technology of your choice 5, Managers are really helpful if concern is genuine and stand by you.

      1. Less number of large scale projects. 2. Company needs pyramid restructuring as many Manager level has no clue of healthcare assignment.
