      Pros

      Flexible timing and work from home policy is better but again it depends on DL/Manager. better event management. better Training program to refresh or understand it.

      Cons

      They dont have projects related to your skillsets, If you are from Java background they will give you couple of weeks training and place you as a testing resource. There is a strong presence of dictatorship with few of the senior folks in the organization. they believe in " its my way or the highway" these few folks need to calm down a bit and not push around employees. Don't force employee to stay in office late night, instead of that do a proper work allocation and management which will help employees to maintain balance in there work and life.

      1 - Working hours are flexible 2 - Possibility of -5 leaves 3 - Optional National holidays 4 - Possibility of good exposure 5 - Possibility of work from home 6 - There are good mentors in higher management who are genuine and would support you wherever needed, without much politics and partiality 7 - Good place to work if you have right set of contacts, good amount of diplomacy or capacity to manage people

      Cons

      1 - Approval of leaves is often tiring. Though there is optional NH available, often they aren't approved as per resource wish 2 - There are seinior level folks who interact with resources in a biased pattern 3 - Few management folks are much intrested in others personal lives. Professionalism they preach, yet don't practice it enough to atleast even justify the claim 4 - There is lack of processes in deliverables and exit formalities 5 - Promotion essentially need not be given based on experience. It could very well be to prevent resources from leaving CT.

      -Higher salary if you negotiate properly. -Recurrent Training Programs. -Company Bearing Expenses of Certifications. -Work from option for few projects.

      Cons

      -Rules and Regulations are not throughout the company and it changes from team to team -You may be jumping from one team to another wherein you may not get time to spend enough time on one particular technology. -Management , seems to be very less interactive with the teams and more focussed on improving process than quality of work.
