      If you have 6+ experience, you will get Tech Lead position during hiring.

      People are promoted to Team Lead not based on eligibilty, rather on duration in Citiustech. Such peoples are termed as OLD EMPLOYEE in Citiustech. Such people are not even able to answer questions or bring about any innovation in workplace.
