      A perfect company to join if you want a good work life balance

      Pros

      The company is just perfect for a great work life balance. I am a mother of 2 kids and am able to manage my work and family both very well all thanks to the flexible timings and work from home option. The company has amazing culture and the senior management is just so focused and perfect in whatever they do. Good employee friendly policies and the HR people are so friendly. First time ever in my life I interacted with such wonderful HR people. Overall good company to work for.

      This company is my best company I have ever worked for. No cons as such.

      Good processes for employees Work life balance HR department is good Developing company and has new technology projects Staffing team is very supportive for giving you right project

      Less projects on your technology as there are not much of the big projects Can be better management And unfortunately I cannot say much as I haven't completed even a year in company
