      Get work on latest technology. All the department are easily approachable. Environment is good and talented people.

      Pros

      CT has a wonderful work-culture and employees concerns are looked into objectively. Emphasis on work-life balance is there (though project requirements are sometimes stringent). The top-management is very involved.

      Great work culture, flexibility of working hours, friendly people to work with, contribution being acknowledged, believes in innovation that helps all the projects within the company

      Cons

      The projects are not interrelated, so you concentrate only on the parameters being used by a particular project. One cannot change the project easily, can get stagnant .
