      Pros

      Small independent teams. Freedom to work on technologies you would like. Work life balance really differs from project to project. Compensation was average.

      Cons

      There were no straight forward cons during my time there. But the organization is rapidly growing so some problems are bound to creep in.

      Leading healthcare service provider. they have good offshore project.

      Cons

      They should have to start processing GC for employees. Onsite opportunities are limited marketing team has to be more aggressive to get the new client.

      - Good place for Bsc and BCA graduates to earn a living - Good place for local Mumbai professional with zero or little career aspirations

      Cons

      - This organisation has been in business for last 6-7 years and still it operates like a bunch of college kids working on their final semester project - No processes are followed and average qualification and intellect of work force is low at best.
