Package is not that good!! Percentage of the hike is minimal, sometimes the HR takes you for granted.

I was with Citiustech for around 2 years and I must say I was very satisfied with my tenure in CT. The work culture is really good, environment is also very friendly. HR keeps on arranging some fun activities that really gives a break from daily routine. Appraisals are also descent. Above average I must say. If you are really good then they would definitely appreciate you with good compensation/hike. The company is very flexible, offers work from home once a in week.

Cons

Work quality is not satisfactory. The kind of project they have are not challenging at the same time are hardly interesting but thats the case with almost every mid-scale/big organization.
