Pros
Flexible timings No dress code Casual work atmosphere No work pressure Comparatively higher salaries than other service based companies Good infrastructure facilities Team leads are friendly and helpful Technology and domain training is very good
Cons
Quality of work not very good. No challenging work. No satisfying work Opportunities in healthcare domain very restricted. HR team may seem good, but is actually horrible. I've learned not to trust them anymore. Recruitment team is also very much like HR. Bright minds are made to do menial work. Very very very less research opportunities. Client calls can sometimes be frustrating. More focus on company processes than technical concepts.
