Cons

Shouldn't leave this company only for better hike. They pay decently and I realised it after jumping job. Want to rejoin Citiustech. Awaiting reply from recruitment team

1. Favoritism is rampant in the company 2. Sr Management assigns good projects with good opportunities to there favorite pets 3. Unwanted use of power by senior folks in blocking resources from deserving opportunities 4. No new projects in pipeline, very weak outlook for next 6 months to a year 5. No alignment of work with employees skillsets
