Pros
College like environment (if you like it ) HR are really nice n helping Transport facility available for few routes Many trainings are held If you are coming from smaller organisation, this company can help you grow and learn .
Cons
Personally I didn’t find professionalism in projects Projects not good You can be hired for one thing and your actual work can be totally different . This happened with many people and that’s why many people left within 4-5 months of joining . Quality work lacking Many process yet to be setup as the company is still growing, this can be a bit of drawback to people who are coming from bigger organisations
