One of the best aspects here is its commitment to work-life balance. The company offers flexible working hours and also has hybrid working options for better work life balance. The senior management is always approachable and cares about their employees. They are open to feedback and listen to employees' concerns.

      Appraisal process is a bit of a challenge, as its not completely transparent. Too many designations and make moving up a lengthy and time consuming process
