Remove the people from the staffing team they are completely useless, don't have technical knowledge at all every technology is the same for them. Utilize the people on the bench for staffing work. Send good guys onshore and don;t choose BA and QA guys as LEVEL 1 OR LEVEL 2 MANAGER .They have zero management skills .They only know how to spoil the environment.

- Charged the client for my overtime for a year and half without telling me or paying me. When I found out they said "we can't pay overtime" (even though the client is paying). They did start giving me comp time, but you have to use it within 30 days. That is hard to do when you are working overtime!
- Underpaid unused vacation time when I was released. Calculated the daily rate by dividing annual salary by 365 (should be 260). Cost me thousands of dollars. Refused to pay what every other company in the US pays.
