Cons

Regular layoffs from last few months. They will ask you to leave company if you are on bench for 1-2 months. Some arrogant higher level employees. Company is concentrated only Healthcare domain.

Flexible time,Business Casuals and employee friendly policies(only Fixed component in Salary)

Cons

Don't have good projects.They hire good talent pool but under utilize them by making them work on any project irrespective of their technical skills.They make false promises to people prior to the joining and don't adhere to it after the candidate joins.

No High end Solution Work. This organization claims to be ISO 9001 with no effort estimation in place for the work it carries out. Hire and Fire Policy. Favoritism at the level of COO is wide spread. Rules are bent and HR is toothless. A high risk place for Senior Management.
