Pros

* There's home drop for everyone who logs out after 10:00 PM IST. The transport is very punctual and shuttle leaves office premises exactly 10 minutes after logout and wouldn't wait for anyone, be it anybody. * The security guards at the reception desk in the building were the best people, they were very humble, polite and always spoke with a smile on their faces. In fact they helped with a lots of things. They went extra miles, forwarded complaints when required. Going to miss all of them. :) * The canteen use to make custom dishes on request, even when it was very late at night. * Had got opportunity to do multitasking, especially fulfil the responsibilities which are for higher designations, so got to learn a lot. * Also got chance to meet and communicate with all the stakeholders who were onshore and offshore. So it was quite interesting to meet people from different projects and deliver a new talent as a team. * The refurbished laptops had decent hardware specifications for basic office work. * The company files your H1B and gives a chance to visit abroad depending on the projects. (However it totally depends on luck and you know). * Employees are showered with gifts from time to time, plenty of gatherings and events happen as well.

Cons

The experience may vary from person to person. What listed below is what’s been experienced & others have need to know as what they will be stepping into. * Even though the laptops had good specifications, too much of bloat was installed on the system. The boot time of the laptop was 15+ minutes. "The unnecessary background services and start up apps could had been easily disabled to save the boot time. * The laptops hardware was faulty and to get it fixed it was a hassle for night shifts. Either come early in the afternoon, or wait even after night shift was over, or leave the laptop in the office (not possible, due to amount of work). * Before giving the system to the new users, it should have been formatted & checked thoroughly. * Birthday and other celebrations are ignored by HR if you work in Night shift. * To open a salary account for people doing night shift it’s difficult, the bank employee comes in the afternoon. So either have to create it by ourselves or come to office in the afternoon even though if you are in the night shift. * Induction and training happens in the day as well, so it’s a problem for people doing night shift, especially when one has to hit the floor immediately after joining. * The ATS has all the details, yet the managers kept meetings for hours thrice every day to verify the same data & updates. * The buddy system was not at all helpful. Before assigning a buddy, the person needs to be evaluated if he or she is fit or in the mood to become a buddy. Wasn't able to learn much from the buddy system, had to keep on running all over the floor and ask everybody for help. Had difficult times & literally felt unwelcomed as well. A proper process trainer would have been better rather than on floor training given by any individual. * 0% efforts were put while laying off, covid was just an excuse, performance issue mentioned was a blunt lie. * Prefer to keep 0 performers and people who haven’t done a single closure, even though if their salary is high. * HR felt like government employees, instead of using digital method to connect, they call people to their cabin. * HR will call you during the day time even though its sleeping time for people doing night shift. * Provided all the documents and info for background check, yet was given hard time to during verification. * The HR turned deaf years towards issue that was being faced, even after leaving the organization, they won’t reply to emails with any queries. * Was never given feedback form / survey for the company while leaving. Till now all the companies have given this form / survey when an employee leaves. Confirmed that others have received this form. * Tried speaking to the HR related to issues that was being faced in the organization while laying off, never been so helpless in life. 1st one mentioned “doing what’s being asked”. 2nd promised a call back in 2 days, but never bothered again (multiple people have experienced the same thing). The legends say, history is still being repeated. * The funniest part is, HR was giving festival greetings while laying off. E.g. Ramadhan Mubarak bye bye… XD * Managers not only demotivate, but harass mentally, pressurize, make a person mentally depressed and do not leave any opportunity to insult. * Get ready to be insulted if the salary is higher than colleagues, lower salary than colleagues, have more experience than colleagues, have less experience than colleague’s, if you find a talent before the colleagues, login and punctuality & for everything other thing for who you are and aren’t. * Minorities should simply stay away, both on shore and offshore. 3 minorities were fired back to back with fake reason about performance. Be it you are a person of colour or coming from a different religion. Only those people will be on the floor who come from similar background which matches them, doesn’t matter even if they haven’t generated any revenue and if they have higher salaries. * 0 work ethics, self-sourced candidate was transferred to different person without even informing. Later on gave credit to them and laid the sourcer off while saying performance issue. * They prefer to keep a person on bench for 2 months while laying off, rather than giving the person a chance to improve or put him / her under PIP. * Easy / workable requirements and accounts are given to senior employees. No shuffling of requirements or accounts. Everybody deserves a second chance or even a first chance for that matter, but do not expect those things here. * PIP option which was pitched, but later they changed the thoughts. Suddenly laid off instead and never gave a chance to improve or prove. * Provided bogus reason on the layoff call. When asked for the reason, no valid reason was provided, no evidence was provided. In fact they were shooting off each other’s shoulder, it was hilarious. * Senior were well aware in advance, about the next person to be kicked. In fact, they did received a call from managers. They kept laughing on the face and kept saying “your number is next”, after the 2 minorities. This is the kind of professionalism you will be expecting here. * The dedication at ground level means nothing, unless it’s being witnessed by higher authorities, which will be never possible as there are many layers in between the people working on the ground level and top level. * The deposited last 3 months salary was deducted when it was credited. Had to go back and forth with different departments, so the exact amount got paid. * Experienced racial profiling right from the induction room. Seriously need a department who can take care of this, HR’s shouldn’t be handling these issues at all, as they are not much of help. * The toilets on the 3rd floor left side were left in horrible conditions, there were plenty of people who left unfinished business. So no difference between public and the toilets in the corporate company. * The management failed to notice the efforts being put in the work or they have just turned a blind eye for sure. Never have met anyone who can put a finger on the work done. Even challenged the management to provide one witness, who can actually stand by their testimony. (Response on the final call was "I don't want to talk about that BS) * Horrible canteen hygiene too, roaches and houseflies were uninvited guest between the meals. The coffee vending machine and water cooler on the 3rd floor were the next spot not only for human gossipers but our unpaid insect’s colleagues too. Always had to inspect the food which was ordered to make sure that there were no hidden surprises inside. Veg food has turned out to be non-veg couple of times. Also there are uninvited flying monsters on the table, those hungry monsters always after the food which is ordered. :D Found the managers quite Chary, Childish, Domineer, Distrust, Double tongued, Impolite, Immature, Loud, no charismatic, Short tempered, Shifty, Social comparison, Unprofessional, Unstable, reached to conclusions too early, etc. At times on the call, use to give indirect threats when it comes to job stability, the person has created environment filled with fear. Can keep on going about this manager, but it’s going to be of no use. As no longer working in this organization, would like to carry nothing from this manager on my future endeavours, as there was nothing to gain from this individual except hatred. The manager comes with 0% inspiration or motivation and the world of dominance.

Pros

Joined this company after receiving good feedback - which I did not find in whole 3 years here, so good luck

Cons

1.Company has changes the salary structure without any prior information and added variable pay irrespective of your signed pay structure 2.No project - Most of the project either has gone on hold or client reduced the team size. Causing most of resources are on bench 3.Massive lay-off: If you are on bench big read alert-can lose the job at any moment without any prior information. Also company offer only basic pay -no full pay 4.Every thing depends on project - if you get the project you are safe for time being. Some projects are good, some are worst 5.Work Life balance is joke - You will end up working 12-14 hrs daily, which CitiusTech will treat as regular work which you are bound to do 6.Appraisal - This year pay has increased in single digit rupee in monthly salary like - so do not expect anything here 7.Support from management- You will hear 'We are family' - but is it? If you get any issues on any project, company will listen only and only to client and action against you will be taken 8.You will be lost in this company. There is no proper management of anything. You will need days to even find who is your HR 9.Company will deduct your pay if your timesheet is not approved -even though you fill is within time and manager forgot to approve - you will end up raising tickets will no proper feedback
