      Pros

      Company is good but only if you are in project. You will get to learn a lot. Team members are also supportive and has flexible timings.

      Cons

      Bench management is worst. They will tell you to do unnecessary things instead of focusing on skill development. You will always be under a lot of pressure if you are on bench.
