Pros
1. Colleagues are very helpful in most of the projects to get useful insights or any process related parts 2. Some of the earlier projects were very good and had better work life balance
Cons
1. Working hours majorly stretch beyond 9pm in most of the projects 2. Bench policies are undergoing a transformation and they are not in favour of employees 3. Lesser job security day by day 4. Multiple people are getting tagged to the project which has different skillsets than our and then getting release from the projects due to performance issues
