      Cons

      Bad management, Name of cost cutting applying bad rule. Affected salary after change in management. No work life balance manager putting pressure on employees to achieve time line. All due to to management. Don't care about employees.

      If you get a good team , then consider yourself damn lucky, Otherwise no appraisals no promotions.

      Cons

      The current CEO of 23-24 has ruined the company ,management is clueless and no support and faith is shown in the employees. I had to go for urgent medical leave(no pay) , this people has started grilling me even when notified about the same. Being the best performer in the team and this people has start doing internal politics and ruin peoples career.
