Night Drop facility after 10pm (girls) 11pm (boys)

1. Once you are assigned to any project they wont release you unless and until there is some benefit. 2. Employees will get laid of without any prior notice and salary 3. Their product BIC is worst and don't have any future for it 4. You will require to work on weekends even after you full fill your monthly weekend shift criteria 5. There are 3 shift timings, 10am-7pm, 2pm-11pm and 9pm-6am, but will have to work from 10am to 1am most of the times. 6. My seniors have suggested Hike is good in Citiustech, but it is a myth. 7. Don't have any Employee engagement event

If you are not in project, You don't know when they will fire you. No benifits. Worst staffing team I have ever seen. Not sure how they become the staffing members/heads even without knowing how to respond to an email. They don't reply over teams.
