      Just use this as a hop in your carrier. Step in into this company only to stepout to next company

      Cons

      NO growth Only values MONEY. POOR quality of work/projects, that leads to your appraisal not being done good. Every HR email has a THREAT- "if you don't do this we will do this." Does NOT trust its employees, was keen on starting office amid pandemic but boasts that it is keen WFH

      I can say it's on your luck. In other words everything depends on your manager.

      Cons

      No such PROUD values Bad policies like retention, CTVP21 No appraisals on time. Usually in CitiusTech appraisal process takes 5-6 month and at the end they say we are in loss so this year everyone will get <10% but don't worry next year this % will get increased.
