      Small company and is able to hear and make changes for specific needs

      Very few onsite projects. Finding onsite position become very difficult once project ends.

      Pros

      Friendly work culture Good if want to learn about healthcare domain. This company provide dedicated session on healthcare domain on joining and later on. Excellent Training facility at Mumbai location.

      Cons

      Worst facility at Bangalore location. Admin/HR don't care about Bangalore location as they sits at Mumbai Location. No Training facility at Bangalore Location

      No Longer a Great Place to Work

      Pros

      Nothing extra ordinary Don't know why this company received Great Place to Work !!! Same company as rest of IT company.

      Cons

      Not enough transport for employees. No onsite opportunities for QA in project like BIC. Name sake process in projects. Appraisal are based on Working hours and buttering!! and not on performance. Average salaries or below market standard.Core projects like BIC people get least hike evnthough working very hard. If people are not comfortable with other locations/shifts they are fired. only 24 leaves a yr, including sick leaves and only 8 NH. This is low standard. Project allocation is done randomly. Not asked about which technology would want to work in and which location. Salary structure does not have much tax benefit options.
