      Pros

      I’ve been with CitiusTech for 7 years and overall it’s been a positive experience. The company has a genuinely collaborative environment — teams are supportive, management is approachable, and a good work‑life balance. The healthcare‑tech domain they operate in is impactful and affords good opportunities to pick up new skills and work with interesting clients and technologies.

      Cons

      Many a times projects are short term at onsite that does not gives you long term visibility. But that's the nature of work in most of the organizations. Health Insurance cost is increasing.
